You deserve to have a space to reflect, grow, process and understand yourself better that is unique to you.
About Sunrise Clinical Psychology
At Sunrise Clinical Psychology, we aim to provide psychological support in collaboration with you. We want to support your goals for therapy and for life, and we recognise that just like sunrises, no two people are the same.
We offer telehealth psychology appointments so that you can speak to your clinical psychologist from the comfort of your own home.
At Sunrise Clinical Psychology, we offer Saturday appointments so that you don’t need to take time off work or juggle your schedule to make therapy work for you. We believe in flexibility - a service that can accommodate a busy schedule.
About our Clinical Psychologist
Sunrise Clinical Psychology was founded by Lucy Cowen, who is a Clinical Psychologist in Wollongong, New South Wales.

Lucy is a recognised provider of Medicare and WorkCover services. She also has experience working with clients with disabilities through the NDIS.
Our approach to therapy and psychology
By nature of being human, we all experience moments and times in our lives that are really difficult.
We experience times where our emotions are overwhelming or hard to contain. Times where we wish we could just quiet our minds to give ourselves a moment of peace, and times where it feels like things are spinning out of control.
Therapy can provide you with a psychologist who can help you understand how you are feeling and why that might be.
Your psychologist can help you to understand why you are behaving the way you are, and how to change.
Psychologists aim to help you manage thoughts, feeling and behaviour that aren’t serving you, and support you to build a fuller and more meaningful life (whatever that looks like to you!).
